ChillHouse + Muse for a weekend

Nyt alkava viikko on Tampereen seudulla hiihtolomaa ja täällä on tällainen nuorten talvilomafestari nimeltä ChillHouse. Tapahtuma kestää maanantaista perjantaihin ja siellä on vaikka mitä kivaa! Minä olen siellä keskiviikkona noin klo 15-18 kolmannessa kerroksessa asujen ja peruukien ja muiden vermeiden, joten tulkaahan poikkeemaan! :D

Just letting people know that there's this ChillHouse event for teenagers next week and I'm there too. :)

Will be posting about it later in english too.

Gothic Lolita Wigs:in mallikisan voittaja julkaistiin jo ystävänpäivänä, sen itse huomasin vasta viikko sitten ja siitä murmutinkin jotain facebookissa. En siis voittanut kisaa, mutta kiitän suuren suuresti kaikkia äänestäneitä ja toisella kierroksella tsempanneita! Ootte mahtavia ♡

Tiesin jo aiemmin olevani top 5:ssä, kun siitä ilmoitettiin GLW:n blogissa, mutta viime yönä on julkaistu palkintosijoittuneet ja voi ihme, meitsi on toisena!! :D
Ensin harmistutti, kun ajatteli kuinka lähellä oli pääpalkinnon voittamista...mutta sen jälkeen tilalle tuli aika hyvä fiilis, kun tuollaisessa maailmanlaajuisessa kilpailussa tuli toiselle sijalle ja sitten vielä se, että saa palkinnoksi (musitaakseni) kaksi peruukkia ja koko dolluxe-ripsikokelman! Iiiih~ oon täällä ollu ihan innoissani! xD

The winner of Gothic Lolita Wigs's mdoel competition winner was announced on valentines day, noticed it myself a weeka go and was saying something about it on facebook. So I didn't win the competition, but I greatly thank everyone who voted for me and was cheering on the second round! You're amazing♡

I already knew I was in the top 5 , because it was announced on GLW's blog, but last night they had posted the runner ups and oh the wonder, I'm second!! :D

First was feeling disappointed, when thinking how close became winning the main prize...but after that was feeling pretty good, because got second place in a worldwide competition like this and  also because getting as a prize (if I remember correctly) two wigs and the entire dolluxe-lash collection! Iiiih~ been so exctied about it! xD

 

Huomenna lähtö Helsinkiin päiväksi, mutta siitä reissusta lisää myöhemmin.. ;)

Tomorrow leaving for Helsinki for a day, but more about that trip later.. ;)

Lalaloopsy ~ my new cute dolls

Moi söpikset! ♡
On varmaan aika selvää, että oon ihan höpönä kaikkeen söpöön ja se pätee myös leluihin.
Kuulin tämmösistä Lalaloopsy-nukeista, kun laitoin mun ihkaensimmäisten kuvauksien otoksia Gothic Lolita Wigsin facebookin asiakaskuva-juttuihin. Joku kommentoi, että näytän ihan lalaloopsyltä, googletin ja voi mitä ihanuuksia sain sieltä löytääkään! ♡

It's propably quite obvious, that I'm crazy about all kind of cute things and this applies with toys aswell.
I heard about these Lalaloopsy-dolls, when I put some shots from my very first photoshoot to Gothic Lolita Wigs facebook page's customer showcase-thingies. Someone commented, that I look like a lalaloopsy, googled it and oh my what lovelinesses I found! ♡

Olen aikuisiässä tehnyt useastikin ostoksia lasten leluosastolla ihan itselleni, kun monet jutut on vaan ihan liian söpöjä! >_<
Tuosta tapauksesta asti olen halunnut omaa lalaloopsy-nukkea ja toki niitä saa täältä ihan kaupasta, mutta ovat vähän hintavia. Olen muutaman kerran löytänyt edullisesti alennuksesta, mutta aina sellaisessa tilanteessa, ettei ole voinut ottaa mukaansa. Nyt tässä vähän aikaa sitten näin alehyllyssä ja sain vihdoin tämmöisen pikkusöpöläisen omakseni! <3 <3 ..ja sitten pari päivää myöhemmin kävin ostamassa vielä toisen! :P

At more grownup age I have done shoppings many times at kids toydepartment, because many things are just way too cute! >_<

After that day, I've been wanting a lalaloopsy-doll of my own and sure they can be found in a store here, but they are a bit pricy. A couple of times I've found them more cheap on sale, but always been in a situation, when I couldn't take one with me. Now a little while ago I saw them indiscount stand and finally got a little cutie like this for myself! <3 <3 ..and a couple of days later I went and got another one! :P

Nää mun söpikset on vähän pienempiä, mitä normi-lalaloopsyt, nää on Lalaloopsy Littles, eli noiden isompien pikkusiskoja. ^__^

These my cuties are a bit smaller, than normal lalaloopsies, they are Lalaloopsy Littles, which are little sisters of the bigger ones. ^__^

Tytöt on aivan hirmusuloisia ja ei mikään ihme, että mun tyttö haluaa kovasti myös leikkiä niillä, mutta vain äidin luvalla. ^_~
Ajattelin myös joskus ommella näille vaatteita, jos nyt pystyn jotain noin pientä näpertämään.
Haluisin vielä joskus isompia lalaloopseja, etenkin semmosia vanhempia ja tietty olis aivan mahtavaa, jos saisin jonkun angelic pretty- tai innocent world-pullip nuken! <3

The girls are super cute and no wonder, that my daughter really want to play with them too, but only on mommy's permission. ^_~
I thought of sewing some clothes for them sometime, if I can actually do something so small.
Some day I would really like a full size lalaloopsy, especially those older ones and ofcourse it would be amazing, if I could get some angelic pretty- or innocent world-pullip doll! <3

En ole kovin tyytyväinen mun suoritukseen, kun jännitin kauheesti ja innostushöpöily ei niin näy, mutta en sitten ehtinyt kuvaamaan uudestaan. Mulla oli myös paljon pätkiä eri kysymyksiin, mutta joo, ei ne tosiaan mahdu 4sisälle (mikä oli rajana). Suuren suuret kiitokset videon teon avustajille, koska muuten ei siitä olisi tullut yhtään mitään! Kauhee kun nolostuttaa kattoo omaa höpöttelyä videolla.. x)

I'm not that happy about my performance, because I was so nervous and excited-goofyness doesn't show, but didn't have time to reshoot. I also had loads of other clips for different questions, but oh well, there's no way they would fit under 4minutes (which was the limit). Great thanks to my assistants who helped me make this video, because otherwise it would not have turned out to be anything at all! Horrible how embarrased I get watching me talking on a video.. x)

Pari kertaa aiemmin olen kääntynyt teidän puoleen kisaäänestysten merkeissä, mutta nyt, NYT on tosi kyseessä! Panokset ovat kovat, sillä pääpalkinto on jotain niin mahtavaa! Kyseessä on Gothic Lolita Wigsin kilpailu, jossa voi voittaa matkan Yhdysvaltoihin ja Anime Matsuriin, jossa tapaisi niin monia mahtavia ihmisiä ja kokemaan tämän kerran elämässä-elämyksen. Oih! ♡ ♡

Kilpailussa on monia upeita osallistujia, joten kaikki apu on tarpeen. Joulukuun 22. päivään mennessä 25 eniten ääniä saanutta pääsee toiselle kierrokselle, jonka lopuksi sitten tuomaristo päättää voittajan. Waaah~ ..mun unelmat lentelee nyt ihan taivaissa. x)

A couple of times I have turned to you in competitions voting, but now, NOW is the real deal! The stakes are high, because the main price is something so amazing! It is a Gothic Lolita Wigs competition, where one can win a trip to United States and to Anime Matsuri, where could meet so many wonderful people and have the experience of a lifetime. Oih! ♡ ♡

There are so many gorgeus participants, so all help is needed. The 25 entries, that have the most votes on 22th December, will go to the second round and in the end the judges will decide the winner. Waaah~ ..my dreams are flying in the skies right now. x)

I was in a hurry and started panicing and then got all frozen and didn't know what to write..the result is this.. Gothic Lolita Wigs - Blended Choco-Latte review

I have another wig review for you, this time it's Blended Choco Latte from Gothic Lolita Wigs and I got lots of pictures with a few different styles. ^__^


Wig: Blended Lolita Wig
Colour: Choco-Latte (dark and light brown)
Manufacturer: Gothic Lolita Wigs
Length: base-wig about 75cm, ponytails about 62cm
Prestyling: layered, curly, bangs, clip-on ponytails
Material: synthetic fiber, can be heated up to 180'F / 82'C (lowest setting on most hairtools)
Weight: around 22oz / 620g

Cost: $59.95 USD + shipping $13 (free shipping to US)

From GLW-website:
"This wig has a subtle contrast between light and medium browns, creating a balanced blend that works well with any color coordinate. Part of our "1G" wig series, this wig is our longest blended wig and comes with two detachable pigtails to create the perfect sweet lolita look, or, without the pigtails, a fun, simple wig to suit your own style."

 !! Note that in these pictures on the wigstand the curls have been brushed out !!

Pros:
~ Love the colour, natural looking
~ Comfotable and soft
~ The wig has variety of colours and also shorter versions
~ Possibilities for many many styles
~ Matches with almost any coloured coordination
~ Volumious!
~ Curls bounce slightly and it's cute
~ With the ponytails you can actually clip them through the base to your own hair, so it will definetly stay still
~ Have read that people thought it was darker, but I like the blond-ish tone of the light brown
~ Good bangs for a side swept-style


Cons:
~ Quite long, might get tangles
~ Needs maintenance more than shorter wigs
~ The base-wig is not as full as it is in the shorter version


Maintenance:
When the hair gets tangled and frizzy, you need to take care of your wig for it to stay looking good. I actually used this very wig in my upkeep-video here and also have a written instruction here.

Summary:

The wig is gorgeus and first I wasn't sure about the colour, but I've gotten to like it very much. This is a very versatile one, you can wear it with two ponytails, one ponytail, do buns with the ponytails, wear just the base wig, do pigtails with the base, braid it if you'd like, keep it curled or brush them out for more casual waves. It goes great with different styles. Wearing this you will definetly get some looks. The wig is also great for photoshoots. The only thing that I find a bit difficult is the length, the curls tend to get in my way a bit and then they get a little frizzy, because I have lots to do, take care of my daughter etc.. When the wig gets frizzy or tangled, it needs maintenance. In the end I do recommend this wig for everyone who easily wants gorgeus hair! ^__^
