Looking like a person again after being sick! ♡

Hello darlings! ♥

This time I'm only writing in English, but luckily it's not a problem for the majority of people. Gotta wake up early tomorrow and it's almost midnight. Okies, so I have been having a really bad sinus infection for a few weeks now. It started to get really bad and had migraines every day, all day. Nothing was helping, did all the things I could think of! Then just had to go to a doctor, luckily I have insurance, so I can go to a private place and actually get some help. I have this doctor who I've payed visits since more than 15 years ago. She knows me and I don't have to convince her that I'm actually sick. Got some medicine and antibiotics, took the last pill today and been almost migraine free for a couple of days. Today I had some errands to run and since I felt a little bit better, I wanted to look like myself and an actual human being again. The perfect way was to put on some makeup, dress up and go out! (◠‿◠)

You know that feeling, when you're really sick and don't really have strength to do anything and shouldn't because then might be even more sick and for a longer period of time. When you have to rest a lot and there's no one to take care of things, everything will pile up to your to-do list. It starts to get to you or at least it starts to get to me. I cannot do household chores, even if inspired there's no chance getting any crafting done, can't ever read with a migraine, starting to notice the growing pile of dishes and dust everywhere. I hate it! Now I have a gigantic urge to get so much done, but I'm still not recovered and will most likely be more or less sick with a cold and humid weather like this. Gotta try and take it slow.

Today I knew that I had to go and buy cat food and groceries, also to pick up a package from the post office. (I did this quick unboxing video, if it turned ok, will post in on youtube soon) My mom also had some errands to run, so we went together. She lives next door to me these days, so we see each other a lot. There are good sides and bad sides really, lets see how it goes. Well anyways we agreed to go out today, so I did a quick makeup this morning and dressed up into this casual pastel goth kawaii mixed styled outfit.

For a while now have been dying to wear my new wig! It's a Rose Fade colored pink ombre Rhapsody collection wig from Gothic Lolita Wigs. It's one of those which I've been wanting to get for a long time. Now it's mine and I love it! The color is amazing! ♥ Currently I own GLW 's Rhapsody wigs in four colorways. The design is something that I feel like it fits me well and I love how many styles I can wear it with. ◠‿◠

I felt so good about dressing up! Been wanting to for all those days I've had to stay in bed. So many ideas and inspirations. When looking at that half dead pale and sickly face in the mirror, it was a real delight to be able to put on some makeup. You know how it feels when after being sick you sort of become alive again. It's a great feeling!

The black velvet salopette I'm wearing is actually from a Japanese brand Emily Temple Cute. It is more likely to be worn with some cute style, since it has a bow and ruffles on the back. You might have noticed that I like to mix things up and I think it's super fun! Now I'm wearing this cute clothing piece with a more pastel goth style. Hihii~

Mun peruukkikokoelma-postauksessa vilautinkin paria uusinta, mitä en ollu vielä ehtiny käyttään. No asia on onneksi korjaantunut ja tämä oli jo EMP Gothicana kuvauksissa nyt syksymmällä. On mun toinen harmaa ja tämä oikeastaan vaaleampi, tullut innostus enemmän pastelleihin ja todella vaaleaan tukkaan, kuten valkoista olis kiva kokeilla. Peruukki-intoilijan himo on loppumaton!

In my wig collection-post I showed a couple of new ones, that I hadn't had time to wear yet. Well the matter has been fixed and this was in EMP Gothicana photoshoot this fall. It's my second grey and this one actually more light, have gotten more intersted towards pastels and really light hair, like white would be fun to try out. Wig-enthusiast's craving is never-ending!

Aivan ihana peruukki, tykkäsin paljon enemmän, kuin olisin luullut! :D
Hopea antaa tosi kivan viban ja se sopii lähes kaiken kanssa, hyvin neutraali väri. Sävy on oikein hyvä. Kuidut pehmeitä ja eivät heti takkuunnu, kiiltoa on jonkin verran. Hiusta on tarpeeksi, mutta hieman päälaelta näkyy vähän läpi pohjaverkkoon.

Silver gives a really nice vibe and practically goes with almost anything, very neutral colour. The tone is very good. The fibers are soft and don't tangle so much, there's some shinyness. The amoutn of hair is enough, but from the top can see a bit through the base net.

Salaman kanssa hiukset oikein loistaa, mutta luonnonvalossa kiilto ei näytä pahalta. :)

With lash the hair really shines brightly, but in natural light the shinyness doesn't look bad :)

Mulla oli pitkästä aikaa kuvailla juttuja kotona ja tulossa on vielä toinenkin peruukkipostaus, mutta ei ollut yhtään fiilistä pukeutua ja aiemmin jo lykkäsin tätä, kun kisut komensi niin nätisti lähteen lenkille. No tein kuitenkin meikin ja aloin katsomaan vaatteita ja kävi jotain harvinaista: oli tosi hyvä fiilis omasta ulkonäöstä! Ihan mahtavaa! ♡ Kaikkien vaatteiden kanssa tuntui hyvältä ja kameran kanssa oli hauskaa räpsyillä. ^___^

Tästä tukasta tuli mieleen jokseenkin itämainen soturi ja prinsessa, inspiroiduin!

After a long time had some time to photoshoot some stuff at home and another wig post is coming up, but I didn't feel like dressing up at all and already postponed this before, when cats ordered me so kindly to take them out for a walk. Well I did my makeup anyways and started to check out some clothing and something rare happened: had a realy good feeling about my looks! So amazing! ♡ With all clohtes felt really good and was fun to play with my camera. ^___^

This hair made me think of a kind of oriental warrior and a princess, got inspired!

Huomaa hyvin kuinka laatu on muuttunut vuosien varrella, tuo tuntuu niin paksulatvaiselta ja kuivalta verrattuna nykyajan peruukkeihin. Sitä ei myöskään voi lämpökäsitellä. Niin kusin mun ensimmäisen lyhyen peruukin, kun yritin sitä salaa muotoilla ja meni ihan möhnäksi. x)
Käytin ensimmäistä kertaa arkisesti peruukkia joskus ehkä vuonna -98 tai -99, ala-asteella kuitenkin.

Alla jotein lisäjuttuja, otsahiuksia ja Gothic Lolita Wigs - Pixie-lisäkkeitä, sekä rastoja. Kahdet clipsipidennykset, toiset Foxy Locks ja toiset Rapunzel of Sweden.

Can easily notice how the quality has changed over the years, that one feel so thick from the ends and very dry compared to wigs these days. Also can't use heat on it. I so fucked up my first short wig, because I secretly tried to style it and didn't go so well, got all crappy. x)
Used a wig casually for the first time maybe in -98 or -99, well in elementary school anyways.

Below there's some extension thingies, bangs and Gothic Lolita Wigs - Pixie-ponytails, also some dreadlocks. Two sets of clip on extensions, from Foxy Locs and Rapunzel of Sweden.

Peruukit on säilössä pusseissa kaapissa. Selaamista ja peruukkein löytämistä helpottaa, kun pusseihin kirjoittaa niiden nimet, värit tai muuta tunnistettavaa. ^___^

Lajittelen peruukit pituuden mukaan ja sen jälkeen mallin tai värin perusteella.

Syy miksi pidän peruukkeja on se, että omaa tukkaa on lähtenyt yli kaksi vuotta todella todella paljon, jostain terveydellisestä syystä ja sitä pitäisi tässä selvittää. Aiemmasta hiusmäärästä on jäljellä enää noin yksi kolmasosa. Rakastin ennen tukan laittamista, kihartamista, tupeeraamista, kampauksia, mutta enää en voi sitä toteuttaa. Luontainen hiustenkasvuni on myös tosi hidasta ja en ole voinut sillälailla leikata tukkaani, en myöskään ole koskaan käynyt kampaajalla. Värjännyt olen nuorempana shokkiväreillä. :) Peruukeilla hiustyylin vaihto on vaan niin helppoa! ♥

I store wigs in their bag on the closet. The browsing and locating wigs is easier, when wrtiting their names, colours or other recognizable to the bags. ^___^

I sort my wigs by length and after that by style or colour.

The reason I wear wigs, is that my own hair has shed alot alot for the pst two years, for some health reason and should now figure it out. From my previous amount of hair I got left only about one third. I used to love doing my hair, curling, bakcombing, hairdos, but can't do it anymore. My natural hairgrowth is also very slow and haven't been able to cut my hair like that, also never been to hairdresses or a salon. Have dyed with shock-colours when was younger. :) With wigs changing hairstyle is just so easy! ♥

Tein tän postauksen itseäni ja myös muita varten, esim. valokuvaajien kanssa on helpompi suunnittella kuvausten asukokonaisuutta, kun on jostain näyttää mitä kaikkea sitä löytyy ja tietty itselle muistutukseksi. :D

I made this post for myself and also for others, for example with photographers it's easier to plan photoshoot outfit coordinations, when having material to show all what I have and ofcourse to remind myself. :D
