Olipa muuten aivan mahtava tavata teitä niin monta Traconissa! Olin tosi otettu, kun tulitte moikkaileen! ♡

No niin, jatketaampas kuvien purkamista tänne blogiin. Nappasin tuossa kesällä siis kaksi Instant Shape korsettia Corset Story -nettikaupasta, toisen hyvin pinkin ja söpön (tsekkaa aiempi postaus ja Maria Antoinette look TÄÄLTÄ) ja toisen tumman. Jokaisella ihmisellä on enemmän tai vähemmän näkyvä synkkä puoli, kuten kuu näyttää kaunista valoisaa puoltaan, mutta toisella puolella vallitsee täysi pimeys. Minä hieman pompin puolelta toiselle, koska se on mielestäni hauskempaa! :D

Starting out to say that it was such awesomeness to see so many of you in Tracon! I was very happy when so many of you came to say hi! ♡

Oh well, let's continue to post some pictures here. In the summer I grabbed a couple of Instant Shape corsets from Corset Story -webstore, one really pink and cute (check out the previous post and Maria Antoinette look HERE) and one dark one. Every one has a more or less showing dark side, like the moon is showing it's beautiful light side, but there's a total darkness in the shadows. I'm kind of bouncing back and forth between these, because I think it's more fun! :D

Tämä korsetti on tyyliltään ja muodoltaankin hieman erilainen, kuin aiempi vaaleanpunainen. Isoimpana erona värin lisäksi on tietenkin olkaimet. Niitä saa tietenkin hieman nauhojen avulla hieman säädettyä, mutta olkainten olemassaolo rajoittaa korsetin sijaintia kehoon nähden paljonkin. Rinnus on myös erilainen, se on hieman litteämpi ja sellainen tyypillisempi pursotus-tissi-tyylinen. Tykkään saumojen muodosta ja pitsistä ja ihanasta kankaasta. Istuvuus on myös ihan hyvä, mutta taidan silti tykätä enemmän vaaleanpunaisen mallista. 

This corset has a little bit different design and shape, than the previous light pink one. The biggest different after the colour is of course the shoulder straps. Surely they can be adjusted a bit with the ribbons, but the fact they are there restricts the position of the corset on the bodice quite much. The bust part is a bit different as well, it's somewhat more flat and the type of push-your-boobs-out kind of thing. I like the shape of the seams and the lace and the lovely fabric. The fit is quite nice too, but I think I might still like the shape of the pink one better. 

Kaikki kuvat on itse räpsimiä meidän keittiössä ja meidän komea lamppu siellä vilahtaa. :P Yrittänyt tässä hieman reenailla kuvaustaitojakin, mutta tietenkin rajoittaa se, ettei kuvakulmaa ole niin helppo vaihtaa. Mulla on siis järkkäri jalustassa ja räpsäisen kaukolaukasimella kuvan. Eräänlaisia selfieitä nämäkin, ei kyllä mitään ihan helppoa aina. Tällä kerralla teki todella vaikeaksi se, että valoisuus vaihteli koko ajan, siis ihan muutaman sekunnin välein. Ulkona tuuli hirmuisesti ja juuri kun sain kipsutettua vaihtamaan asetuksia, tuli pilvisempää tai päinvastoin aurinkoisempaa ja juoksin edes takaisin koko ajan. Hih~

En ole mikään photoshop-taituri, enkä omista lightroomia, mutta koitin silti saada goottityylistä ja kuu-inspiroitunutta jälkeä. Saa kertoa reippaasti mielipiteitä! Mielelläni kuulisin. :)

All the pictures are taken by me in our kitchen and our handsome chandelier is peaking in the corners. :P I have tried to practice my photographing skills, but of course it is limited, because can't change the angle so easily. I have my systems camera on a tripod and taking pictures with a remote controller. Sort of like selfies these are, not the most easy ones though. This time it was made difficult by the weather, because the light changed all the time, I mean in a few seconds. There was a huge wind outside and just when I got to go and changed the settings, it became more cloudy or the other way around more sunny and had to run back and forth all the time. Hih~

I'm not a photoshop wizard nor do I own lightroom, but I still tried to manage get some gothic and moon -inspired to these. You are most welcome to tell me what you think! I would be happy to hear. :)

Arvostan kovasti rehellisyyttä ja mun mielestä on parempi sanoa päin naamaa miten asia on, mitä lähtee kiertelemään sitä. Paljon pahempi on se, että puhuu sitten paskaa selän takana ja se petetty fiilis, jos saa tietää toisen puhuneen muuta kuin miten asia oikeasti on. Todella vaikea saada luottamusta enää takaisin. On parempi olla suoraan mitä on, kuin esittää jotain ihan muuta (tietenkin säädyllisyys on ihan hyvä ottaa huomioon). Ihmisillä on kuitenkin luontaisesti omanlaiset roolinsa eri paikoissa ja tilanteissa, mutta siinä on kuitenkin selkeä raja teeskentelyyn ja valehteluun. Pimeän puolensakin voi näyttää, sen ei tarvitse olla täysin pimennossa.

Yritän olla rehellinen myös itselleni, vaikka käytän sitä suurinta valhetta ehkä liiankin usein: "Kyllä mä tän muistan..". Nii varmaan! x)

I value honesty a lot and I think it's better to say things straight to someone's face the way it is, rather than circle around it. It is much worse, that will speak badly afterwards behind the person's back and the betrayed feeling, if finding out that the person has been saying something else than how it really is. Very difficult to get the trust back. It's better to be what one is honestly, than to pretend something they aren't (well decency is always to be taken in consideration). People also have natural roles of their own in different places and situations, but there is still a clear line to pretending and lying. The dark side can be shown, it doesn't have to be totally hidden.
I try to be honest to myself as well, even though I use the biggest lie of the all maybe too often: "Yes yes, I'll remember this..". Yeah right! x)

It has already become like a tradition, that I do a gothic or rock -style outfit post during the summer in collaboration with EMP Finland -webstore. This year is not an exception of course! I always like to show you awesome material finds and stores what I ran into along the way. I love Disney princesses and the idea about alternative princess style has always inspired me. Alice is one of iconic characters and now talked about again along with the new Alice in Wonderland - Through the looking glass movie. That's where this all started...

Tällaiset ihanuudet löysin, mistä heti näin mitä haluan niiden kanssa tehdä. Molemmat mekot ovat virallisia Disney -yhteistyönä tehtyjä tuotteita, ei mitään halpoja kiinakopioita. Mekot ovat alunperin Hot Topic:ilta, mutta näitä ei ole täällä päin maailmaa saatavilla, joten ihanaa että EMP jälleenmyy näitä meille! ♡

EMP:llä on kattavat valikoimat naisten alternative tyyliä ja kaikenlaista fanisälää. Nyt löytyy kokonainen osasto ihan tajuttomia Liisa ihmemaassa -vaatteita, asuja ja oheistuotteita. 

Tällä kertaa en joutunut vaihtamaan mitään tuotetta, mutta aiemmilla kerroilla se on hoitunut helposti ilmaisen palautuksen ansiosta. Ensin tilaukseni viivästyi, sillä violetti mekko myi loppuun ja sain viestin, että täydennyksessä menee hetki. Sitten tilaukseni lähetettiinkin ilman mekkoa ja sain asiakaspalveluun yhteyttä otettuani palautuksen lahjakortille ja kerrottiin ettei sitä ole enää saatavilla. Sitten kuitenkin mekkoa oli jälleen varastossa ja sain napattua sen itselleni. Liisa ihmemaassa mekkoja ja asuja löytyy useamman eri asunkokonaisuuden ja hahmon inspiroimana. Ihania! ♡

These are the lovelinesses I found, from which I saw right away what I wanted to do with them. Both dresses are official Disney -collaborated products, not some cheap China replicas. The dresses are originally from Hot Topic-brand, but these are not available in this part of the world, so it's lovely that EMP resell these for us! ♡

This time I didn't have to exchange any items, but in previous times it's been really easy with the free return policy. First my order was delayed, because the purple dress was sold out and I got a message that the restock will take a while. Then the order was sent without the dress and got a refund to my gift card after contacting the customer service and they told me the dress would not be available anymore. Then the dress was in stock after all and managed to get it for myself. Alice in Wonderland dresses and outfits can be found inspired by different characters and outfit coordinations. Wonderful! ♡

Tämä asu on hyvin pitkälle pastelligootti -tyyliä, mihin sain inspiraation ajatuksesta "mitä jos Liisa olisi goottityttö". Liisa varmasti olisi yhtä hömppä ja laittaisi ison kaulakorun päähänsä ja rakastaisi muhkeita mustia goottikenkiä. Koska rakastan polvisukkia, ne toivat mielestäni ihanasti tyttömäistä ja söpöä fiilistä muutoin tumman tyyliseen asuun. Mekko on muuten ihan älyttömän mukava! Olen käyttänyt sitä ihan arkisesti, saa mukavasti jokapäiväiseen tyyliin hieman jotain spessua. ♥

This outfit is basically pastel goth -style, for which I got the inspiration from the thought "what if Alice was a goth girl". I'm sure Alice would be just as goofy and put a huge necklace on her head and love chunky black gothic shoes. Because I love knee high socks, I think they bring nicely a girly and cute vibe to otherwise dark styled outfit. The dress is actually super comfortable! I've worn it just casually, it gives that something special to everyday style. ♥

Uusinta Lissu leffaa en ole vielä nähnyt, joten tämä mekon inspiroima alkuperäinen tyyli on tuttu ainoastaan mainoskuvista mitä olen nähnyt. Se on kuitenkin unelma! Siitä tulee myös mieleen Tähkäpään mekko Kiina-viboilla ja muutenkin sellainen oriental prinsessa. Kun kerran voi olla mitä vain haluaa, niin olen sitten pastelli violetti yksisarvinen! ♡

Yllätyin suuresti kuinka hyvälaatuinen mekko on! Wau! Odotin paljon huonompia materiaaleja, mutta toisin kävi. Mekko vastaa hyvin kokoaan, istuu kauniisti, siinä on monta kangaskerrosta, upeita printtiyksityiskohtia ja taskut! Voin vain kuvitella toisten saman katergorian mekkojen upeutta. ♡ ♡

I haven't seen the newest Alice movie yet, so this dress's original inspiration I have only seen in promotion pictures. Anyways it is a dream! It also reminds me of a Rapunzel dress with China-vibes and in general the kind of oriental princess. Because I can be anything I want, then I'll be a pastel purple unicorn! ♡

I was greatly surprised about the good quality of the dress! Woah! Was expecting more poor quality materials, but happened differently. The dress is the size it says it is, fits beautifully, it has many layers of fabric, gorgeous print details and pockets! I can only imagine the gorgeousness of the other dresses in this category. ♡ ♡

Winter Rock Girl Photoshoot - Blue Snow

Moikka! 
Joulu on jo ens viikolla! Kääk! Meillä on vielä joulukoristeetkin penkomatta varastosta. No mutta tänään ostin tyttöä varten gluteenitonta piparitaikinaa ja itselle ja muutamalle muulle on joululahjojakin. Kisuille pitää vielä ostaa spessuherkkuja. :)
Pari päivää sitten satoi jopa lumen kaltaista, no märkää loskaahan se oli, hetken oli valkoistakin. Haluisin ihan kunnon talven mieluumin kuin tätä vesisadetta. Päivällä kun on jopa muutaman tunnin hieman valosaa, minäpä juoksin ulos leikkimään kameran kanssa mun uusien EMP rock tyylisten naisten vaatteiden kanssa. Jälleen ihan mahtavaa tehdä yhteistyötä EMP:n kanssa!

Christmas is already next week! Aargh! We still need to go dig out the Christmas decorations from the storage. Oh well, but today I bought some gluten free gingerbread dough for my girl and for myself and a few others got some gifts too. Still need to buy special treats for the cats. :)
A couple of days ago it was something snow-like, well wet slush of course, but for a moment it was actually white. I would really like a proper winter instead of this raining. During the day it's even a bit light for a few hours, so I ran outside to play with my camera and my new EMP rock style women's clothing. Again really awesome to do collaboration with EMP!

Mulla on yhden vixxsinin leggingsit ja ne taas ovat kovin löysät ja en sellaisia halunnut. Löysä myssy on sellainen mitä käytän ihan päivittäin ja oon tykänny tosta tosi paljon. Paidasta tarviiko edes sanoa miksi se on ihana, no OMG mikä jättikokoinen huppu! Alchemy Gothic on sellainen elämän kokoinen ihastus ollu nuoresta asti. ♥

Despite being sponsored, I made the order normally, just like any one else and the service was very good this time around as well. From these items didn't even had to change anything, because the sizes were good. I red from the comments for the leggings, that they are quite snug and should take a size bigger, but I took a risk and ordered my own size and they are just tight enough. I have these one pair of leggings from vixxsin and they a bit baggy and didn't want that again. The loose beanie is something I use every day and have really liked this one. Do I even need to say why the shirt is so wonderful, well OMG that massive sized hood! Alchemy Gothic is the kind of life sized crush of mine since I was a teenager. ♥

Huomaatte varmaan, että tuli ihan kunnolla loskaa taivaalta. x)
Mietin että kestääkö kamera sadetta, mutta hyvin kesti, välillä pyyhin vähän märkää paperilla. Itsekin kastuin ihan hyvin ja tuli kylmä, onneks hipsin nopeasti kotiin sisälle, laitoin kigurumin päälle ja join kuumaa glögiä. ♡
Nauratti vähän kun jonkin verran näki ulkona liikkuvan porukkaa kunnon ulkovaatteet päällä suojautuen sateelta ja meitsi sie pomppii sisävaatteilla räpsien kuvia. Kaikkee sitä tekee kuvien eteen. x) Tykkään kyl ite kovin tästä lookista ja kuvista!

You probably notice, that it was really raining slush from the sky. x)
I was wondering if the camera can take the rain, but it endured nicely, a few times wiped the water off. Got myself also wet and cold, luckily went quickly inside, put on a kigurumi and drank hot mulled wine. ♡
Was quite amusing when there were some people outside with proper outdoor clothing and trying to cover themselves from the rain and I'm there with indoors clothing jumping around taking pictures. All the tings I do for photos. x) Though I really like this look and photos myself!

Nyt kun Star Wars on taas kova juttu näin valtavirrassa ja sitä puskee joka paikasta, nii mulla jokseenkin tulee mieleen Jedi huppu tosta hupparin jättimäisestä hupusta. 

Now that Star Wars is a big thing again in mainstream and run into it everywhere, I kind of get the feeling of a Jedi hood from that hoodie's massive hood.

Steampunk & Xtreme car show @ Lahti

Hei murut! ~♥
Kävin tässä vähän aikaa sitten pikavisiitillä Lahdessa. Oli hieman erilainen duunipäivä, sillä promoilin steampunk neitinä autotapahtumassa! :D
Mun duunina oli periaatteessa olla elävä mallinukke, sosialisoida asiakkaiden kanssa ja tekemässä myyntityötä. Lahden autotapahtuma omasi erilaisia halliosioita, yksi taisi olla jenkkiautoja, toinen extremeautoja ja yksi vielä jotain muuta. Paikalla oli esiintyjiä ja monenlaisia myyjiä, mutta steampunk oli monelle vieraampi ja oli hauskaa, kun sain selostaa mitä steampunk on. Tein tätä samaa hommaa Bard & Jesterille kesällä Animeconissa, joten tottakai lähdin messiin, kun kaupan omistaja kysyi. Animeconin asupostaukset löydät tästä ja tästä. ;)

A little while ago I went for a quick visit to Lahti. It was a bit of a different kind of work day, because I was promoting as a steampunk girl at a car event! :D
My job was to basically be a living mannequin, socialize with customers and do some sales work. The Lahti car exhibit event had different halls, one for American cars, another for extreme cars and one for something else. There was all kinds of performers and many sellers, but steampunk was a little bit more unfamiliar to most guests and it was fun to get to explain what steampunk is. I did this same thing for Bard & Jester last summer in Animecon, so of course I said yes, when the owned of the store asked me. Animecon outfit posts you can find here and here. ;)

Bard & Jesterillä on steampunk nahkatuotteiden lisäksi myynnissä kaikenlaisia pieniä asusteita; taskukelloja, aurinkolaseja, vaatteita, koruja ja vaikka mitä. In addition to steampunk leather products, Bard & Jester sells all kind of other small accessories; pocket watches, sunglasses, clothing, jewelry and you name it. Many times the owner manages to find a good batch of different things, which are mainly sold at events. Now there was leather jackets and military hats.

Hannu Hämäläisen omistama, suunnittelema ja tuunaama steampunk auto oli myös x-treme car show:ssa. Siihen on tehty upea koko auton teippaus ja katto laitettiin paikan päällä! Tosi upea, mutta steampunk saab-projekti on vielä kesken, aijjai kun se valmistuu..uuuh!

There was also a steampunk car at the x-treme car show, owned, designed and tuned by Hannu Hämäläinen. It has been made to have a taping of the whole car and the roof was made at the event! Really awesome, but steampunk saab-project is still not finished, oh damn when it is..uuuh!

 Mun tytär haluis ihan höpönä tänä auton! :P

Teininä tykkäsin autoista enemmänkin ja tuunaamisesta, kun se tuli sinänsä pinnalle ja tuli käytyä paljon ajelemassa ihmisten kans. Nykyään nyt ei sillälailla autot kiinnosta, mutta tietty upeet amerikanraudat, kauniisti työstetyt autot ja upeat prätkät on aina herkkuja! ♥

As a teenager I used to be more interested about cars and tuning, quite the time when it was in style and went to drive around alot with people. These days I'm not so into cars, but of course gorgeous American old cars, beautifully done cars and awesome bikes are always droolable! ♥
