Hi sweeties ^__^
This year I thought I'll start doing something I haven't done in a long time, keeping a schedule book in my bag to write down appointments, school weeks and everything else important, the old fashion way. I used to keep this big schedule book in my bag that was a calendar, diary, scrapbook, scetchbook etc.. For some years now I have wrote down things to my phone's memo, but I don't like the smartphone keyboard that much, so I got myself a real one and a really cute one too. :)
Totoro 2013 Schedule Book
~ Bought from J-List - $17.50~ Shipping with SAL took a bit over a week to Finland
Features
~ Cloth-cover with plastic feeling print (prevents dirt etc)
~ Leathery Totoro-detail on the cover
~ Size about 11 x 16 x 1cm
~ Spread for a listing all the months and dates 2013 and 2014
~ Spread for each month till the end of the year to get the whole picture
~ Own space for each day to write down more detailed information
~ Blank pages with and without lines
~ Address pages
~ Railway and subway maps for the japanese
~ Page for personal information
~ Pages are not white, but more of a warm-ish white/pale yellow, much better for the eyes
~ Cute illustrations of Totoro-characters and flowers all over the book
~ Two different colour strings to mark important pages and the current date
~ Pen-holder inside the back-cover
I'm really happy with this purchase, because it's actually very practical and I have needed one for so long and it's just the way it's supposed to be! It's not too big, it fits nicely in any normal size bag, but it has enough room for all the markings and drawings and what ever I wanna doodle to it. It's very important that it has all kinds of cute little pictures, otherwise it would be so boring, like most of the ones sold here in stores, but there's not too much extra for it to look like a book for middle school students. So yes, I like it very very much and gonna start using it right away.

First I could not decide if I should get the illustrated with My neighbour Totoro or Kiki's delivery service, because I loved the cover of the second one, it has Jiji on it! :D
